Vacancy: Operations Compliance Manager (Part-time)

Due to company growth Archive Capital is now hiring for a part-time Operations Compliance Manager to strengthen the firm's regulatory, operational and financial structure.

This is a hands-on role suited to a professional with 3–7 years’ experience in a regulated financial services environment. The position will work directly with the founder and take ownership of operational and compliance discipline within the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of regulatory requirements and ensure the firm operates within its obligations

• Develop, document and improve internal procedures and operational processes

• Oversee client onboarding, including documentation and AML/KYC requirements

• Ensure client files are complete, accurate and audit-ready

• Support financial administration, including invoicing, fee tracking and capital monitoring

• Maintain CRM integrity and core operational systems

• Coordinate regulatory filings and financial returns, liaising with external compliance advisers and accountants

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ experience in a regulated investment or wealth management firm

• QFA qualification desirable

• Knowledge of investment products, pensions and regulatory/compliance requirements

• Strong understanding of AML and client onboarding processes

• Process-oriented, detail-driven and commercially aware

• Comfortable operating in a small, entrepreneurial business
