Due to company growth Archive Capital is now hiring for a part-time Operations Compliance Manager to strengthen the firm's regulatory, operational and financial structure.
This is a hands-on role suited to a professional with 3–7 years’ experience in a regulated financial services environment. The position will work directly with the founder and take ownership of operational and compliance discipline within the business.
Responsibilities
Maintain oversight of regulatory requirements and ensure the firm operates within its obligations
Develop, document and improve internal procedures and operational processes
Oversee client onboarding, including documentation and AML/KYC requirements
Ensure client files are complete, accurate and audit-ready
Support financial administration, including invoicing, fee tracking and capital monitoring
Maintain CRM integrity and core operational systems
Coordinate regulatory filings and financial returns, liaising with external compliance advisers and accountants
Qualifications
3–7 years’ experience in a regulated investment or wealth management firm
QFA qualification desirable
Knowledge of investment products, pensions and regulatory/compliance requirements
Strong understanding of AML and client onboarding processes
Process-oriented, detail-driven and commercially aware
Comfortable operating in a small, entrepreneurial business
